Ohio part deux

FNC is saying that Ohio goes to Bush. No switch same as 2000 same goes for Florida. ABC, NBC and cBS have yet to hand Ohio Over...I'm beginning to wonder why FNC called it. Brian has some interesting news about Ohio and recent legal action which could come into play. UPDATE: NBC gives Ohio to Bush. UPDATE: Alaska goes to Bush which means, as FNC is reporting, Kerry could win the rest and it would be a tie in the E.C. which would be decided by the House of Reps which is controlled by Republicans. UPDATE: FNC--waiting ... "One more state" UPDATE: The Kerry camp is not letting Ohio go even though they would need to win almost all the 250,000 votes left to be counted. --FNC. On ABC George Stephanopoulos points out the same although they have yet to call Ohio. URGENT UPDATE: I'm going to bed.
