Election Eve Links

I was trying to follow this story of liberal asshatery today at work but got too busy after only reading the initial post. Head on over and check out the Carnival of Ohio Politics where you'll find many, many thoughts from other Buckeyes. Back to Bizzyblog for some dealbreakers and faithshakers: Strickland and Brown. Via Bizzyblog comes Nixguy's meta index of Strickland dealbreakers. Man, I don't know where you two find the time to do all that research/writing but thanks for doing it. Michelle Malkin has tempered optimism. Via Speed of Thought comes this....   Such a small picture yet so many words. Rusty has the definitive election prediction. And lastly for all you conservatives who may be thinking about sitting this one out I've got some motivation via Allah.  For weeks, commentators have speculated that significant numbers of conservatives, alienated by over-spending, the Iraq War, and other perceived GOP disappointments, will stay home on Election Day, giving one or both Houses of Congress to Democrats. But for those who care about reforming the Supreme Court, sitting this one out may soon look like a mistake of historic proportions. For the past several weeks, there has been a rumor circulating among high-level officials in Washington, D.C., that a member of the U.S. Supreme Court has received grave medical news and will announce his or her retirement by year’s end. While such rumors are not unusual in the nation’s capital, this one comes from credible sources. Additionally, a less credible but still noteworthy post last week at the liberal Democratic Underground blog says, “Send your good vibes to Justice Stevens. I just got off the phone with a friend of his family and right now he is very ill and at 86 years old that is not good.” Now get the hell out and vote!   UPDATE: While grouping trackbacks I was rejected by Mrs. Malkin for offensive content so some may have the word 'asshatery' replaced by 'stupidity' in your trackbacks. No big deal just wanted to acknowledge the discrepancy--oh hell I misspelled 'stupidity' in the trackbacks...I might as well be this guy. Oh well.
